Retcon Patrol 1-19: “Game Night” Part 1

Today continues our summer-long journey through the first season of Brothers & Sisters, from our perspective here at the end of Season Two. As with our re-view of Episodes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18, I’ll be looking for contradictions between where the Walkers were then and where they’re at now, and also commenting on how the episodes look in retrospect. Nora asks, “Who reserves meat?” And I’d add to that, “Who still goes to butcher shops?” Surely there’s a supermarket in Pasadena that could provide her with something more palatable to the grandkids than duck.

Saul makes a holiday toast. You know, I thought Sarah was the speechifier in this group. I was going to keep count of her speeches, but there have been none. This is at least #2 for Uncle Saul, though.

Aww, Terri, I still care about Jason here, because I appreciate Eric’s wonderful comic timing and delivery in this scene with Calista.
