Retcon Patrol 1-14: “Valentine’s Day Massacre” Part 3

Today we continue our search for inconsistent or comment-worthy moments in the Brothers & Sisters first season with a look at the third part of Episode 14. Read Part 1 and Part 2 if you need to catch up, then dive right in here with Part 3.
14:13
Should Sarah be discussing her sex life with Tommy in the office? I mean, they all do, it’s that kinda family, but it seems like the only time we see Sarah in the office, it’s for family gossip or family revenge.
14:37
And, the conversation flips from one to the other.
15:07
Sarah characterizes Holly’s telling Tommy that William wanted to buy the winery for him as evil, which it is if it’s not true. Do you think Holly’s telling the truth, and just deploying it in a manipulative way? Or do you think she’s lying, and making Tommy her puppet? Either way, she’s pretty clever to be picking up on and exploiting the fact that the Walkers have never come to terms with the rejection Tommy felt when Sarah was put in charge.
15:00
And, Sarah plays right into it. Nice work!
15:37
Well, now, Holly’s definitely lying here, when she says she wishes she hadn’t said anything to Tommy.
16:08
Is Saul wearing a black T-shirt under a black suit coat? He looks a head atop a black hole.
16:32
Wasn’t Holly the one who broke things off with Saul, in a “never darken my door again” kinda way? And now she’s proposing platonic dinner.
16:46
How high is the ceiling in this office? Geez, the cleaning crew must hate having to dust the corners.
18:06
Between “Bob” and “Kev,” this episode is a study in bad nicknames.
18:52
The jewelers these people shop at are into humongous boxes for their wares. I seem to remember the ring Robert gave Kitty coming in a similar oversized container to this one that bears Chad’s watch gift to Kevin.
19:11
I kind of hate that Kevin smiles when Chad says he should come to the party because Chad wants to see him even though they can’t be together in public. It makes Kevin kind of pathetic to be flattered by the guy putting him through a humiliating evening of pretending.
19:14
Were Tyler and Justin together long enough and publicly enough to have a framed picture? I guess these boxes they’re going through are from Justin’s place, but he doesn’t seem like the type for whom the prompt framing of snapshots would be a priority. Tyler must have given it to him.
19:23
Love Nora groping for Fawn’s name. “Chick or calf or … ”
19:59
Poor Justin, home recuperating and therefore a sitting duck for Mom’s dinner plans. A prospect that even an evening with Cooper is less excruciating than.
20:08
“You only call me snot-face when you want something.” Does Justin get the short end of the family dynamic or what?
20:49
How come Robert and this rich dude always call Kitty Miss Walker? I’d think by now even Republicans use Ms.
22:00
Glad Kitty’s annoyed by the nickname thing, too.
22:36
Rich guy says he can tell it’s not an easy task to make a believer out of Kitty. And yet, she became a believer just in the course of his turning them down.

I hated it too. Alas, Kevin didn’t love himself enough to realise the humiliation he was putting himself through. He just wanted to be with Chad regardless.
Chad strikes me as being a really selfish and egocentric person - wanting both Michelle and Kevin simultaneously is just not on, Chad.
