Retcon Patrol 1-14: “Valentine’s Day Massacre” Part 2

Today we continue our look for inconsistent or comment-worthy moments in the Brothers & Sisters first season with a look at the second part of Episode 14. Read yesterday’s post for the first eight minutes or so, then hop right in here.
8:26
Josh Kelly’s “Opposite of Me” is playing over the scene at Kevin’s gym.
9:26
What does it say about Ken Olin’s family life that his daughter and his wife play such annoying characters on this show? Maybe that the women are really good sports. I hope that’s it.
10:19
Michelle says all the best guys she meets are gay … except Chad, of course. Uh, honey, you might want to investigate some new social circles.
10:31
Holly asks for five minutes. Tommy says, “For you, Holly, I have three.” So this is back when he didn’t like her either.
11:21
No one uses names in this conversation. It’s all “your father,” “my father,” “my sister.” My husband’s family does that, too. I guess it’s appropriate for a show that’s all about family ties, but it just kind of piles up.
11:32
Nice listening face from Balthazar Getty here. Even though Tommy doesn’t trust Holly, you know that he wants with every fiber of his being for her story about William (wait, I’m sorry, his father) wanting him to have the winery to be true.
13:40
Robert’s famous declaration: He’s running for president, and you know what else? He’s going to win! Or, you know, not.
13:58
Are taxpayer dollars paying for that helicopter?
