Peek into the future with TV Guide

David Annable and Emily VanCamp 2TV Guide’s “Ask Ausiello” column drops a couple of tiny spoilers for Brothers & Sisters fans. “Margot Kidder is returning as Sally Field’s confidante in May. And the first Walker sib that Rebecca will bond with is (drumroll please….) Justin!” By the look of this cute photo of Dave Annable and Emily VanCamp at a pre-Oscar event, it appears that the actors are already getting some practice on that sibling bonding. Too bad they’re related, or Justin and Rebecca would make a pretty cute couple. Having a younger sibling will be a new experience for Justin, and it will be interesting to see if he can rise to the occasion of being a big brother.

The TV Guide article about Brothers & Sisters, most of which was devoted to talking with Rob Lowe and Calista Flockhart about their kissing scenes, offered a few more details about upcoming plot lines: “Nora will see her love life heat up when she has a fling with her professor from UCLA. The romantic exploits of Kevin and Chad the soap star come to a surprising end when Chad’s decision to come out sends Kevin in to an emotional tailspin. At the same time, the surprise introduction of Rebecca, the illegitimate offspring of the late William Walker, has everyone in the Walker clan wondering what other secrets lie in wait.”

That introduction comes in the next new episode, “The Other Walker,” which airs not this Sunday (’cause there’s some big awards show) but on Sunday, March 4.
