Nora’s dating Danny Glover!

Hey, remember that rumor about McCallister’s campaign manager being the new man in Nora’s life? Well, according to TV Guide’s Michael Ausiello, the part’s been cast, and the lucky future former love interest is Danny Glover. Man, this cast just keeps getting more distinguished, doesn’t it? And it keeps getting more impossible to imagine how they’re going to be able to give all these great actors their due in just one commercial-riddled hour a week.

Here’s the scoop from Ausiello: “Danny Glover has been tapped to play Sally Field’s new love interest in 8-10 episodes this season, sources confirm to me exclusively. His character is Senator McCallister’s presidential campaign manager, and is described as extremely smart and charming, but also a political shark.”

Seems like an interesting choice; but then, Peter Coyote seemed like an interesting choice, and the professor plotline just couldn’t have been any ickier. Let’s all hope this new romance is more worth everyone’s while.
