New episode tonight, with love
Nope, no re-runs this evening, tonight’s is a shiny new Brothers & Sisters with a Valentine theme and the return of a couple of those long-lost love interests we revisited last week in Northern Exposure. Here’s how it’s described in a recent post on the writer’s blog “Bloggers & Sisters”: “This SUNDAY we’ve got a NEW episode, and perhaps one of the best so far: ‘The Valentine’s Day Massacre,’ written by erstwhile bloggboys Cliff Olin and Pete Calloway. In it, Kitty goes on a very special fundraising trip with Sen. Robert McCallister, Justin reconnects with an old flame, and Kevin finds himself in a peculiarly enticing romantic bind… I think you’ll be very happy about that one.” For more, view the promo below, or view the sneak peek on the ABC.com site.

This was a wonderful episode, but I was disappointed they brought Scotty back just to have Kevin sleep with him then have them end up more apart than ever. It felt like the show just didn’t want their fans to keep rooting for them, and this was their way of ending the fans’ interest. Then there’s Chad, who is so manipulative and petty. Ugh. Kevin shouldn’t have to be involved with this.

I loved the episode. I can’t get enough of Kitty and the Senator. The storyline with Justin and Tyler was cute with the kids. Sarah is too bitter about Holly to think she may have a point about the vineyard and the future of the company. Sometimes, what Holly says makes sense. As usual Nora is hysterical. The hour episode goes by so fast.
